The Garland PD serves as a brief holding facility for the Police Department and agencies within the judicial district of Dallas County. Located at 1891 Forest Ln in Garland, TX, this facility accommodates arrestees awaiting transfer to the Dallas County Jail or another jurisdiction that issued the arrest warrant.
