I have long been proved to be a tech-savvy marketing analyst, with the aspiration to interweave my passion for supporting and managing Client Relationship Management between OPEN PRM and GMS, in American Express, to help ensuring delivering optimal credit performance to customers and merchants through advanced analytical tools and risk evaluation business insights.
I see myself as a good fit for several reasons: firstly, I am well-equipped with cutting-edge business analytical tools and techniques, seeking to develop decision-making solutions for clients and customers. My previous internship experience as a digital researcher at MPoint Media, Inc. has made me adept at digital media. By analyzing and synthesizing multiple sets of data into coherent reports, and making data-driven marketing decisions, I have laid solid ground in market research and marketing strategies. Moreover, the startup provided me a space with few limitations to perform multi-tasks, in a fast-paced customer and data-oriented environment. Through my efforts, the company expanded its network verticals by acquiring ad-space both online and on mobile platforms.
Secondly, I possess excellent communication skills including strong written and verbal communication; also I have experiences speaking to a technical and business audiences, and adept at business communications and customer relationships management. This summer 2015, as a business consultant at Concentrix Corporation, I participated in pitching Alibaba Group through an outside-in/inside-out consulting assessment of Alipay’s Omni-channel customer support led by the U.S. team. During my work, I excelled at providing insights to customers through Omni-channel customer support and relationships management and our team finally won a bid for Alipay Global this August.
